Other information:
– The guest should come to our office 1 day (at least 1-2 hours) before renting time for the Ao Dai measurement.
– Renting times are made between 07:00 – 18:00
– Please notify the operator 4 hours in advance if you decide to extend your rental, and pay the surcharge directly to the operator
– Pick up and drop off items at Hoi An Express Office: 30 Tran Hung Dao Street
Additional information: - Damage fees will apply if the items are found to be damaged when returned. The fees will need to be paid directly in cash to the operator. - Equipment must be returned in clean condition as it was received. - Handle all items with care to prevent any additional charges - A deposit of VND 2,000,000 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned - Only cash deposits are accepted - Bring your Passport, ID Card
All cancelation from guest arise additional charges as follows: - More than 24 hours before departure: No charges - Less than 24 hours before departure or No show : 100% of the tour
