Get picked up at your hotel and transferred to the meeting point. The day will begin at Hoi An’s colorful market. You will enjoy all the amazing sights, sounds and aromas that the market has to offer. We will have the unique opportunity to interact with the local merchants and purchase ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later in the day. We board a boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the river to the Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy. On arrival, we will learn some of Vietnam’s, especially Hoi An’s, best-known dishes. Hoi An is considered as a paradise of food with famous cuisines such as: Cao Lau, Quang Noodle, Chicken Rice....The chefs in Hoi An are very professional and friendly, they will help you to explore many interesting cuisines through this class. Vietnamese food is various with different flavours and ingredients. One time, you will get a chance to cook and then enjoy the Vietnamese cuisines prepared by yourself. The chef is fun and enthusiastic and will demonstrate how to prepare each dish before guiding you in the preparation of your own dish. After the lesson, we will enjoy the meals we have prepared.
