Welcome to “3 Days Talent Me in Hoi An,” an exhilarating summer camp experience designed to unearth and nurture the hidden talents of young enthusiasts in the picturesque setting of Hoi An. Over the course of three adventure-filled days, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery, creativity, and fun. Set against the backdrop of Hoi An’s vibrant culture and stunning landscapes, our camp offers a unique blend of activities that will inspire, challenge, and motivate. From artistic workshops and sports clinics to cultural explorations and team-building exercises, each day is structured to cultivate skills, foster friendships, and create unforgettable memories. Join us for an extraordinary summer adventure that promises to be as enriching as it is exciting!

DAILY SCHEDULE:

• 16:15 Caring time Students work together to clean and decorate common spaces at summer camp
• 16:30 Afternoon will – sports activities – Students optionally choose: football, rope jumping, folk games, etc.
• 17:15 Personal hygiene

• 19:00 Team connection activities

• 20:00 Moon circle – Circle activity at the end of the day: acknowledging experiences and taking care of emotions

Itinerary:

Day 1: Identifying and Developing Your Talents

• Dynamic Skill Stations in the Heart of Hoi An: Arrange for participants to engage in a series of dynamic skill stations set up around the iconic settings of Hoi An. Each station features a different activity, such as calligraphy, photography, or traditional dance, led by local experts. Participants receive hands-on instruction and practice time at each station, allowing them to explore diverse talents and discover new interests. This rotational approach not only keeps the energy high but also maximizes exposure to various cultural and artistic skills.
• Vision Board Workshop Under the Lantern Lights: Set in a serene courtyard adorned with Hoi An’s famous lanterns, participants are guided through the creation of personal vision boards. Provided with magazines, inspirational quotes, and art supplies, they visualize their goals and aspirations related to the talents they wish to develop. This reflective activity encourages participants to think deeply about their future, blending creativity with personal growth in a picturesque setting.
• Stargazing Reflection Circle: Cap the first day with a serene stargazing session along the banks of the Thu Bon River. As the sky darkens and stars appear, gather participants in a circle to reflect on the day’s activities and discoveries. Provide each camper with a journal and encourage them to write or sketch their thoughts about the talents they felt most connected to throughout the day. This peaceful, reflective environment allows participants to contemplate and recognize their strengths and potential areas of interest, all while connecting with the natural beauty and tranquility of the evening.

Day 2: Exploring and Expanding Your Talents

• Masterclass Sessions with Local Artisans: Delve into the heart of Vietnamese culture with masterclass sessions led by renowned local artisans. Choose from an array of crafts like traditional Vietnamese painting, lantern making, or culinary arts, depending on the interests identified on Day 1. These classes offer in-depth exposure and hands-on experience in each discipline, allowing participants to develop a deeper connection and skill set in their chosen area of interest.
• Personal Talent Coaching: Experience tailored growth and learning with personal talent coaching sessions. Each participant works one-on-one with an expert coach in their specific field of interest—be it music, sports, arts, or dance. These personalized sessions are designed to fine-tune skills, tackle individual challenges, and enhance participants’ confidence and proficiency in their talents.
• Talent Fusion Project: Collaborate and create in the Talent Fusion Project, where participants form teams to combine their diverse skills into a unified creative project. This activity might involve crafting a theatrical piece that melds storytelling, music, and dance, or constructing an art installation that integrates various visual art forms. This group endeavor not only highlights the power of collaborative creativity but also allows participants to explore how different talents can interconnect to produce innovative and dynamic results.

Day 3: Applying Your Talents to Make a Difference

• Talent Reflection Circle:Arrange a relaxed and introspective Talent Reflection Circle session in a comfortable, informal setting, such as under a shaded tree or by the riverside. Each participant receives a few minutes to share insights about their personal journey throughout the camp, discussing the talents they’ve explored and developed. Encourage them to reflect on how these talents might be integrated into their daily lives or future aspirations. Provide each participant with a small notebook or diary where they can jot down their thoughts, feelings, and any feedback from peers. • Gala Preparation Workshop: Host a comprehensive preparation workshop where participants fine-tune their performances and projects for the evening Showcase Gala. Participants can rehearse their acts, receive constructive feedback from experts, and make necessary adjustments to their presentations. • Showcase Gala: Organize a formal Showcase Gala where participants present their talents to an audience of local community members, fellow participants, and guests. This grand event could include performances, art exhibitions, and live demonstrations, allowing each participant to highlight their best work and growth over the past three days. This gala not only celebrates the participants’ achievements but also demonstrates the power of arts and talents in fostering community engagement and cultural exchange.
