Welcome to our dynamic First Aid and Safety camp! Get ready for a day packed with essential knowledge and hands-on experiences to ensure your safety and well-being. OBJECTS:

Critical First Aid Skills: Campers will learn essential first aid techniques, including how to perform CPR, use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and manage common injuries such as cuts, burns, and sprains. These vital skills empower campers to provide immediate and effective care in emergency situations.

Enhanced Safety Awareness: The camp will educate campers on the importance of safety in everyday life. They will learn to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures to avoid accidents, enhancing their ability to protect themselves and others.

Emergency Preparedness Training: Participants will be trained on how to prepare for various types of emergencies, including natural disasters and home safety incidents. This training covers how to develop an emergency plan, what to include in an emergency kit, and the basics of emergency evacuation procedures.

Practical Application Through Simulation: Campers will engage in realistic scenarios and simulations that mimic true emergency situations. These hands-on experiences are designed to help campers practice their new skills in a safe, controlled environment, reinforcing their learning and boosting their confidence.

Teamwork and Leadership Development: Through group activities and collaborative scenarios, campers will enhance their teamwork and leadership abilities. These exercises help improve communication skills, foster cooperation, and encourage campers to take initiative during challenging situations.

Confidence to Make Decisive Actions: The camp aims to build campers’ confidence in their ability to handle emergencies. By the end of the camp, participants will feel more confident and equipped to make quick, informed decisions that could make a critical difference in real-life emergencies.

DAILY SCHEDULE:

  • 07:00 Meet & Greet

  • 07:15 Boarding to the bus, grouping

  • 8:00 Sun circle

Prepare a positive mindset and energy for a new day by taking part in activities of gathering in a circle.

  • 8:30 – 11:00 Learning and experience (Morning Activity)

  • 11:00 Caring time

Self-care services and space care activities such as: prepare lunch table, clean accomodations,…

  • 11:30 Have a lunch

  • 12:15 Have a break or take a nap

  • 13:30 Warm-up/ Have a snack

  • 14:00 – 16:30 Learning and experience (Afternoon Activity)

  • 16:30 Caring time

Students work together to clean the venue

  • 17:00 Certificates of participation are awarded

  • 17:30 Return 

Activity 1: CPR Training Workshop 

Campers will participate in a CPR certification session, learning proper techniques for adults, children, and infants, using practice mannequins under the guidance of certified instructors. 

Activity 2: Interactive Safety Awareness Games

Engage in games that teach hazard recognition in daily environments, such as spotting potential risks in a home or school setting, and learning how to mitigate them. 

Activity 3: First Aid Relay Race

Teams will compete in a relay race where they must complete various first aid tasks at stations, such as applying a bandage or writing an emergency action plan, to win points for their team.
