Embark on a mesmerizing journey to the Marble Mountains (Ngu Hanh Son), meaning "Five Elements Mountains," a stunning sightseeing destination in Da Nang. Upon arrival, we will climb numerous steps to explore the intriguing caves and pagodas, each revealing a rich tapestry of history and spirituality. As you ascend, take in breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Next, we will visit the serene Son Tra Linh Ung Pagoda, built during the reign of King Minh Mang in the 19th century. According to local legend, a Buddhist statue drifted downstream and became lodged on a sandy embankment, leading to the construction of this sacred site.
After a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, we will continue our adventure in Hoi An, where we will explore the city on foot. Strolling through its historic streets, we will make several stops to visit the Hoi An Museum, renowned Ancient Houses with remarkable architecture, and Assembly Halls showcasing Chinese influences. Don’t miss the Art Craft Manufacturing Workshop and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge.
These landmarks reflect Hoi An’s rich cultural heritage, blending influences from France, Japan, China, and Vietnam, all while preserving the city’s ancient charm and tranquility.
