Experience the vibrant flavors of Da Lat on an unforgettable culinary journey from the back of a motorbike. Wander through the bustling night market to sample Kem Bo (avocado ice cream) and finish with a warm glass of soy milk and pastries, perfect for the chilly evening air.
Your adventure begins with tour guides and drivers picking you up on their motorbikes. As you sit on the back, you will experience the thrill of navigating Vietnam's chaotic streets while indulging in its famous local street foods.
Our culinary journey starts in the highland city of Da Lat with Banh Trang Nuong, or Grilled Vietnamese Rice Paper, affectionately known as Da Lat Pizza. Next, we will visit a local spot to try Banh Uot Long Ga, a unique dish consisting of thin rice flour pancakes with stir-fried chicken viscera, a delicacy hard to find elsewhere in Vietnam.
We will also enjoy Banh Can and Xiu Mai, which are Vietnamese mini pancakes served with meatballs. After sampling these delights, we will stroll through the bustling Da Lat night market to make room for dessert. Prepare your taste buds for Kem Bo, Da Lat’s signature avocado ice cream, a must-try when visiting the area.
Before returning to your hotel, warm up with a comforting glass of soy milk and grab some tasty pastries. The chilly Da Lat air makes this soy milk experience truly special, unlike any you’ve had before.
