Passengers on all trips will be required to comply with following policies:

• Guests need to present below documents at entry point:

1. Vaccination Certificate showing full COVID-19 vaccination with the final dose given at least 14 days and not over 12 months prior to the start of the tour.

     + Children under 12 years old without vaccination: follow parents.

     + Those previously infected must have shown a medical certificate of recovery dated not over 06 months prior to the start of the tour.

2. The receipt of a negative RT-PCR/RT-LAMP test within 72 hours prior to your first boarding.

3. Copy of an insurance policy in English covering healthcare and treatment expenses for COVID-19 per applicant for the whole duration in Vietnam with coverage clearly identified as no less than US$50,000.

• Guests must install IGOVN and PC-Covid applications on their phones and use these Vietnamese apps during their time in Vietnam.
• Guests are advised to wear masks where social distancing is not possible

Our team and suppliers are prepared to serve guests safely:

• Places: Hotels/Attractions and vehicles need to regularly and thoroughly clean all public areas to the highest standards, paying special attention to high-touch areas
• 
  Staff : All staff in services receives vaccinated COVID-19 and receive training on Covid-19 health and safety
