My wife and I visited the Silk Village on Hoi An to see and have a go at some of the processes that go into making silk. I wasn't sure that I would enjoy it but I did immensely, though I am not sure I will get a job weaving anytime soon, the guides and ladies demonstrating were very patient and tried not to laugh at my efforts too much. There is also a shop which sells quality items at what seems to me to be fair prices and you can be confident that what you are buying is genuine. I would highly recommend, it is good fun and something slightly different to do on your trip.

Weekday a fabulous evening we had on this tour of Hoi An by night. Our guide, Emily, was brilliant and helped make the evening special. The food was great and the walk and lantern release were fantastic. The Vietnamese bingo was hilarious.
