"Hi there - as requested, some feedback on our tour in November. Firstly, we were very happy and impressed that you had cancelled and rescheduled our tour twice due to COVID restrictions yet still honoured the original price. We appreciate that this must have been very costly and time consuming for you, and we are very grateful. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would definitely give it 9/10. All of the tours and guides were excellent, and we were generally very pleased with the standard of accommodation and the places we stayed given the cost of the tour - excellent value for money. it was a great way of covering a lot of ground and exploring so many places and countries in a relatively short space of time. We have come back with lots of amazing memories! If we have any issues or suggestions for improvement, these would be as follows; 1 - The only hotel that for us really wasn't up to standard was the one in Ha Noi. Whilst the room was acceptable, the location was poor and very noisy and hectic. We also believe we got food poisoning from the hotel breakfasts here. 2 - We were a little disappointed that, having requested and paid for a first class upgrade on the Bangkok - Chiang Mai train, we were unable to have this - and that we could not have a refund either. It is sadly impossible to sleep on the train, particularly in the upper berths as there is so much light! Having said that, the upgraded hotel we were given in Hoi An was really lovely, one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. It would just have been nice to have had the choice... 3 - Upon arrival and early in the tour, communication could be a bit late or completely absent regarding our meeting time for the following morning. Once I think we were told to meet in half an hour and we hadn't even got out of bed at that point! We also had to actually ask what was happening next on a couple of occasions. This definitely improved as the tour went on, though. Overall we were extremely happy with your services and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hoi An Express to anyone that asked us! Our overall trip experience was quite good. There were only a couple of things that kept this trip from being excellent. There was no hot water to shower with on the cruise boat and the towels were very unpleasant smelling. As for the hotels, the quality of accommodations decreased as the tour progressed. However, We had a fantastic time. I would recommend both this tour and your company to anyone who is interested in travelling to Vietnam and beyond.

Alles war erstklassig und perfekt organisiert, von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bei der Buchung bis zur Betreuung während der Reise. Alle Fragen wurden immer superschnell und kompetent beantwortet. Es wurde auch auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und haben selten so einen tollen Service erlebt wie bei Hoi An Express. Wir können den Veranstalter nur wärmstens empfehlen. Auch die Reise war toll, ein sehr schönes Programm mit netten Hotels und sehr gutem Essen.

Very well organized trip, reliable service

They would enjoy it very much. I liked the free days too! All staff were most caring in the buses and we had a friendly group. We packed a lot in and learnt so much. The Ho Chi Minh hotel was great and the Sunshine Hotel was even better-maybe because Hoi An was our favourite city. The Anise hotel had lovely staff but both times we stayed there we had a windowless room which was a pity. Hoi An express staff in the office responded to every request we had (even finding my jumper)
