• Hoi An Express will provide CHECK-IN code 1 day before departure. Guest must contact Hoi An Express via hotline +84 938 405 917 (Whatsapp, Viber, Wechat, Kakaotalk, Line) to get the CHECK-IN Code. Please bring our CHECK-IN code to the Lounge check-in counter/Reception to enter.
• Please carefully consider selecting an appropriate estimated check-in time when making a reservation. If your actual check-in time deviates by more than 1 hour from the estimated time, you need to contact us at least 1 hour in advance to make changes. No refunds will be given if you arrive late or do not use the service on the travel date for any reason.
