Check out the gorgeous sand and year-round warm sea of the seaside resort of Vung Tau (formerly Saint Cap); sample some fresh seafood and visit some cultural attractions on this two-day tour.
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Vung Tau (-/L/D)
Vung Tau is one of the most pristine beach destinations in the region with its golden sandy beaches and transparent, warm blue water. Upon arrival, we will visit 32-meter-high Christ the King that standing on "Nui Nho" - Small Mountain overlooking the sea (Tao Phung Mountain) for lovely views from the top of the statue and have a seafood lunch at a nice restaurant.
After lunch, we will check in a hotel. Free time in the afternoon, relaxing on the beach. Overnight in Vung Tau.
Day 2: Vung Tau - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/-)
The second day will begin with a sightseeing tour to "Bach Dinh" - Villa Blanche, which was built as a resort in Vung Tau for Indochinese Governor-General, King Bao Dai and presidents in Vietnam, "Thich Ca Phat Dai" - notable Theravada Buddhist temple of which overall appearance is a clever combination of religious architecture and natural scenery on the slope of the mountain and Whale Temple where workshop all whale skeleton and many fishermen come to worship. Have lunch then head back to Ho Chi Minh City.
