  • Da Nang: Hoi An Express offices 108 Bach Dang Street, Da Nang Airport, Da Nang station Train

Working hours:

  • Sales Tour Desk: Shift 1:07:00am-14:30pm- Shift 2:14:30pm -22:00pm, Shift : 08:00am-17:00pm

Job Description

  • Promote and recommend various travel destinations
  • Organize and plan domestic and/or international trips to meet the needs of customers
  • Book flights, train, ground transportation, hotel rooms, and arrange travel plans for customers
  • Provide travel information and distribute itinerary
  • Resolve any problems/issues relating to service, accommodation, itinerary, etc.
  • Advise customers on prices, options and must-see attractions at travel destination
  • Provide customer service relations and keep customer up-to-date on changes that occurred
  • Collect and process payments
  • Organize and update program and customer’s information onto the database
  • Assist with tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Fluency in both writing and speaking for English and Vietnamese
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of International and Domestic destinations booking is a must
  • Comprehensive industry knowledge
  • Good knowledge and willing to learn products service such as cruises, land packages, tours, rail, air, ground transportation, and accommodations
  • Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet,Out look etc.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • College or University degree in Travel Industry Management, Hospitality and Tourism, Foreign Languages, or Business
  • Be able to work on Tet and Holiday (Holiday bonus, annual leave, team building, etc.)
  • Preferred female candidates and cooperate a long time
  • Self-motivated, approachable, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team and in a high pressure environment
  • Ability to problem-solved and multitask-oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
