- Climb into a Cyclo and cruise along to the colorful local market; interact with merchants and hand-pick the freshest produce for your dishes
- Learn the techniques needed to create some of Vietnam’s best dishes
- Watch our talented chef demonstrate the tricks of the trade, then have a go yourself
- Finish up by feasting on your culinary creations
Your day will commence with a cyclo ride to the market, accompanied by our talented Chef. At Xom Moi market, you’ll get the chance to learn all about Vietnamese ingredients and soak up some local culture. Once you’ve got your ingredients you’re ready to learn how to use them, so we’ll take you to your cooking class destination. Our chef will teach you the technique for perfectly combining ingredients along with typically Vietnamese herbs and spices. Roll up your sleeves and get stuck in under the watchful eye of our chef. Then the best part of all, you get to eat your culinary creation! After the class we’ll drop you back at your hotel.
