The tour was very well designed for the time allowed. The visit to the lacquer factory/shop was unexpectedly interesting and a must do if you are visiting Hanoi.
Our guide was there to pick us up on time, he was polite and very informative and went beyond the structured plan to customize our day, as some of us wanted to do some extra shopping.
The lunch provided was delicious and at a very nice location, roof top with a nice view of the Old Quarter.
