Hoi An is widely regarded as a culinary mecca and was the first place in Vietnam to offer cooking classes to visitors. Learn the secrets of how to create some of Vietnam and Hoi An’s best-known dishes in a hands-on cooking class that includes a trip to the bustling market. Depart: 08:00 or 14:00

Tour’s Program

● Visit the colorful local market; interact with merchants and hand-pick the freshest produce for your dishes
● Learn the techniques needed to create some of Vietnam and Hoi An’s best dishes
● Watch our talented chef demonstrate the tricks of the trade, then roll up your sleeves and have cooking class
● Finish up by feasting on your culinary creations
We pick you up at your hotel and transfer to the meeting point. The day will begin at Hoi An’s Colorful Market. You will enjoy all the amazing sights, sounds and aromas that the market has to offer. We will have the unique opportunity to interact with the local merchants and purchase ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later in the day. We board a boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the river to the Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy. On arrival, we will learn some of Vietnam’s, especially Hoi An’s, best-known dishes. Hoi An is considered as a paradise of food with famous cuisines such as: Cao Lau, Quang Noodle, Chicken Rice....The chefs in Hoi An are very professional and friendly, they will help you to explore many interesting cuisines through this class. Vietnamese food is various with different flavours and ingredients. One time, you try to cook and enjoy Vietnamese cuisines you prepare by yourself. The chef is fun and enthusiastic and will demonstrate how to prepare each dish before guiding you in the preparation of your own dish. After the lesson, we will enjoy the meals we have prepared. Hopefully, through this trip you can understand and know more about Vietnamese cuisine in general and Hoi An cuisine in particular.

- More than 48 hours before departure: No charges
- From 48 hours to 24 hours before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- Less than 24 hours before departure or No show: 100% of the tour price.
